Swedish, Sports, Power Effleurage and Trigger Point techniques
in my work. These help me offer pain and stress relief.
Massage stimulates the natural healing abilities
of the body. The whole of the body benefits and as this benefit
is realised the breathing slows and deepens allowing oxygen
to enter our circulation.The blood can more effectively deliver
nutrients to our organs and tissues throughout the body. This
allows the body to work more efficiently and waste and toxins
are eliminated. As the breathing steadies so does the mind.

page. Massage consists of lots of different movements
using the hands, fingertips, palms, wrists, knuckles, forearms
and elbows. The movements can be long and flowing or short
and deep. It is the combination of the movements and part
of the arms and hands used that distinguishes between the
strokes and their depth. A rich and nourishing massage oil
is used and throughout the work your comfort is regularly
checked.

This massage is generally quite a light and gentle massage
with lots of flowing movements designed to stimulate the circulation
and speed up the removal of toxins. With your choice of essential
oils diluted in the massage oil you can enjoy a massage which
can be either stimulating or relaxing. Any massage can utilise
